On Saturday, John joined the organisers of the 2010 “Cancer Research Relay for Life” formally to launch the event at the Old Gaol in Buckingham. The community event, which takes place in June, will be the culmination and celebration of months of team building and money raising activities for Cancer Research UK.

John said, “I have been involved with the Relay for Life in previous years and I am always struck by the dedication of the team whose members walk the relay track continuously throughout the 24 hour period. It is a wonderful event, I look forward to being there in the summer and I hope that 2010 will be the best year yet.”
