John was delighted to support the fundraising efforts of the Aylesbury Vale branch of the British Lung Foundation’s Breathe Easy support group network which provides support and information for people living with a lung condition, and for those who look after them. John said,

“One person in seven in the UK is affected by a lung disease. I pay tribute to the work of the British Lung Foundation and its nationwide network of Breathe Easy support groups which support people affected by lung disease through the individual challenges they will face. They do tremendous work and I was pleased to assist the Breathe Easy event.”

The event on 4th July raised £380 which was a 75% increase on 2008.
