On Satruday 1st October local MP John Bercow joined local villagers to open phase 2 of the village hall play area in Northall and unveiled a new pictorial village sign.

The new phase of the village play area is aimed at older children aged 8-14 and also offers a place for Northall villagers to sit and relax. The project was funded by grants from the Big Lottery Fund Community Spaces, WREN (Waste Recycling Environmental Ltd), AVDC Section 106 Monies and the Northall Village Hall Management Committee.

The pictorial village sign in Northall is one of a number of local projects beign carried out by the EDaN (Edlesborough, Dagnall and Northall) Beautification Team.
